Seems as if you ARE living in America. If you're still in the Bay Area there are many great restaurants but I'll recommend Chez Panisse in Berkeley if you can get a reservation. It is a bit pricey but worth it. Mmmmmm tasty.... Do you know the Samuel Clemens quote; "The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in San Francisco"? Large Louie
It's also true that San Francisco is freezing cold. Terrifyingly so.
It looks like a nice summer day, not a cloud in the sky, sun blazing down... but the arctic wind that blasts from across the bay cuts through all manner of cloth and covering...
We had to go out and buy more layers layers layers (that's the key) on our third day of redonkulousness.
